Bring one form of ID with you and your insurance card. If you are military, please bring your military ID.

Our office is located at in Proper Health at 1 Third Street Bordentown, New Jersey. We are located at the intersection of Third street and Park Street in historic Bordentown City. We have parking available on site.

When you arrive you will be greeted by our front desk Chiropractic Assistant. She will ask for all your credentials and ask you to be seated until and fill out our intake form. After meeting with the doctor, they will determine the course of action that needs to be taken. They might take x-rays, do a comprehensive exam and possibly adjust you. The cost for services rendered will be determined at this time based on your insurance, etc.

Ater meeting with the doctor we will set up a subsequent appointment for the doctor to give you a comprehensive explanation of your findings and future recommendations.
